Each of our service vehicles is equipped with all materials and tools needed to get an outage or emergency back on line as soon as possible. All technicians have, at their disposal, vans and tools which they take to their residence at the end of each working day. This “ready to go” concept ensures that in the event of an outage the response time will be kept to a minimum.
The management team, who oversees both the Service and Telecommunications divisions, lives within five miles of our office and warehouse complex, for ease of obtaining any additional parts needed in an emergency. Also in our fleet of service vehicles is 55-foot Hy-Ranger Boom Truck for outside plant services.
Our technicians are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and our answering and paging system aides in our promise to respond in a timely manner for all after-hours calls.
